RETURN POLICY AND PROCESS

NOTE :

1.) . AUTO CRUNK is not responsible for the warranty of any company’s product which consist of manufacturing warranty by the company . Warranty of the products will be covered by their respective company manufacturers service centers.

2.) Warranty period of the products will be mentioned right there on the detail area of the product . In case no warranty is mentioned there , then that particular product is devoid of any warranty

*Only GALIO products warranty will be covered by us and GALIO products consist of only 1 year warranty of chrome and of manufacturing damage
not of physical damage

Return & Exchange Policy

Not satisfied with our product? We promise refund for the item within 7 days.

  1. If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or if you come across any manufacturing defects by company, we’ll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 07 days of receipt. Currently we do not exchange any items. In case you wish to change the item you bought, you will need to place a return request for the same following the process as listed below. After that you can re-order the style you want. We ensure you that the product which is given to you is properly checked by our quality team before shipping.
Note- AutoCrunk team has right to accept or reject the return request on case to case basis, depending upon the supporting(images) shared by customers.
  1. All Returns/Refund for all damage/defect/Qty. issue/description mismatch are eligible for return but within 7 Days from Delivery.
  2. The product should be one time tried and not being used on regular basis.
  3. Supporting for any issue is mandatory.
  4. If we find something which is not as per description, Auto crunk will facilitate return for accepted complaint order.
  5. All Replacement/Refunds will be processed only after product is received back to us and quality check is cleared. 
  6. Any product returned that shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage; damaged / torn out box, missing manuals and accessories will not be Replaced/Refunded and will be returned back to buyer without rendering a reason. 
  7. You can initiate the returns by logging into your Auto Crunk Account.

Raising the return request

⦁ Log into your account.
⦁ Go to My orders
⦁ Click on ‘Return’ against the item you wish to return.
⦁ Click the picture and upload.
⦁ Specify the account in which you would like the refund amount to be credited.
⦁ Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button.
⦁ You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.
⦁ Reverse pick up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.

Refunds

⦁ If you found any tear in package kindly do not accept it.
⦁ We will refund your product amount only if packed in our box.
⦁ Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we shall initiate the refund after checking it properly.
⦁ For Credit card// Debit card /Net Banking payments/e-Wallets, we shall refund to your account or issue Auto Crunk Credits as per your preferred choice.
⦁ For Credit card// Debit card /Net Banking payments/e-Wallets, if you choose refund to account, it may take upto 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).
⦁ For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) /  points / e-Gift Voucher /, the refund amount will be credited to your Auto Crunk Credits account.
⦁ Auto Crunk Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days and can be used to purchase again from Auto Crunk.com.
⦁ For orders placed using Auto Crunk Credits, the refund amount will be credited to your Auto Crunk Credits account only.
⦁ Any Auto Crunk Credits / cashback vouchers applied will be activated again.
⦁ Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.
⦁ Free Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
⦁ You have to return your product via self-shipment only.
⦁ Shipping charges will not be refunded if you return an order. In case of Self shipment, .This will be refunded as Auto Crunk credits in your wallet.
⦁ For Prepaid return orders, in case of an unlikely event of shipment being cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the entire order amount including shipping charges in the same payment mode. If any GVs or credits are used while placing an order, the same will be renewed

Terms and Conditions for Returns

AutoCrunk.com will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.

  1. Refund-Auto Crunk Credits will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.
  2. Auto Crunk Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days of receiving the product. Prepaid refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product. For GC customers with Prepaid orders but returning the product after 30 days of delivery, the refund will be done as Auto Crunk Credits.
  3. You can return either complete order or some items from the same order.
  4. Please pack the products properly and paste/write the address:
